EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
1. Upon delivery of goods, please CHECK the parcel carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign received items in good condition.
2. EXCHANGE PERIOD must be made within five days (5 days) of your item received.
3. Products must be UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNWASHED , UNWORN with all tags and any hygiene strips intact to be eligible for a exchange.
(No trace of make-up, pin or iron at item or we will consider it SOLD as GOOD CONDITION.
4. Any SALES PROMOTION or CLEARANCE STOCKS are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
5. ALL SHIPPING COST will be PAID by customer.
6. NO REFUND OF BALANCE.
7. Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5cm DIFFERENCE IN GIVEN MEASUREMENTS. Items that vary within this range WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS DEFECT.
8. We will NOT ENTERTAIN any exchange/refund at the boutique IF YOU ORDER ONLINE. Please contact online team for assistant.
9. Your purchase should be sent back to us within FIVE DAYS (5 DAYS) of receiving your parcel. Return outside of this period are accepted at the discretion LA'BEYLA. However, 10% of the item(s) price will be charged if it is returned to us for more than five days (5 days) after receiving it. Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
10. Returns item will be processed up to FIVE (5) working days from the date we receive the parcel.
